I have published my research studies in various academic outlets, including Journal of Managerial Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Service Industries Journal, Personnel Review, and Quality & Quantity; and presented studies at several national and international academic conferences.
I have taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, international business, and management. In addition, I have worked as a reearcher in a national research project on Corporate Social Innovation funded by TUBITAK 3501 – National Young Researchers Career Development Programme (CAREER).
Outside academic work, I have been involved with music as a member polyphonic choirs.
